Independent Headhunter with over 20 years experience supporting leadership, sales and operational roles. Focus on early stage and fast growth environments. I still apply a consultative approach to both search and also coaching. As a Headhunter I can be both creative and flexible in how we work together: project based, retained, outsourced in-house.

I am a Sales, Leadership and Operations specialist. Markets I cover include: Digital, Martech, Data tech, SaaS and Recruitment. Proven track record working on assignment across the UK and US.
